Yes, it’s a stall. I am still at 167 pounds, although my eating and running is soooo much improved:

Typically, when I hit a bump on a long-term project, I reflect on what I am not doing that I should be doing. What jumps out at me today is tracking what I’m eating. Ugh. I hate doing that, but I have to admit it works (I’ll even cut down on snacking because I don’t want to write it down and look at it).
But the good news is that I am now a Sweat Pink Ambassador! So that’s encouraging, even while I’m in the stall.
Oh well – this too shall pass!
